It has always been my passion when it comes to work , events with the participation of children. Generally, I have been working with children all these years in various events you name it festivities celebration, fund raising campaigns, kids bloggers recruitment, educational trips with students and many more.
Last weekend was an eye opening opportunity for me to witness another good effort in empowering children by the AnCasa Residences Port Dickson through the AnCasa Junior Chef where children are given the chance to cook their dishes with the guidance of chefs.
For this, I thank my good friend Rosmwati who is also a PR like me for inviting me over to the AnCasa PD to cover the AnCasa Junior Chef. Thank you very much Acik 😘
AnCasa Junior Chef Program is part of AnCasa Residence Port Dickson initiative to empower young children. Steadily in it’s fifth years, the program is expected to have more participants next year. This year the program was held during the school holiday in December 2016.
Like every year, participating children were given 3 recipes to prepare; appetiser, main course and dessert. This year the children were asked to prepare Oriental Salad, Chicken Picatta and Donuts
