Air, Water & Earth- Crè Arts Asia Re-Stages by popular demand at KLPAC

A magical, mystical journey into the world of a Polynesian myth will be revived this November, transporting audiences to the mysterious Planet V, some 173 light years away; Cré Arts Asia, Southeast Asia’s largest modern contemporary circus troupe and fully Malaysian production returns to take over center stage at Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre( KLPAC).

Combining aerial and flow dance, visual arts and gravity-defying stunts, the show will take you on a journey to encounter creatures and beings of a planet far, far away, where imagination brings to life a fantasy world thriving on the four elements. Bigger and better, they are set to welcome audiences back into the world of Cré.

Held at Ant Cafe & Bar the press conference attended by Nana Liew and Afique Khaikal, the creative director and dance choreographer; Yiki Chan, the Producer ,and also Chris Lo, the ProductionDirector introduced the second  installment of Southeast Asia’sLargest Circus troupe that will take place at KL PAC on Nov 30th – 2nd Dec ’18.

Flow arts Choreographer Khaikal said “As performers ourselves, it is always our hope and aspiration to deliver the correct circus entertainment like Cre Arts Asia to audiences with smart play of lighting and flow arts. For now let’s start with the Malaysian audiences first followed by the Asia Pacific regions,Europe and the United States.”

Creative Director Nana Liew added “Gone are the days where animals, clowns are used as casts in a circus show. In the Cre Arts Asia show restage, there is strictly no animals used except for passionate artiste performing the show using pyrotechnics by the Poi artist, gravity-defying acts by the aerialist flow artistes”

Passionate and vowed to be married to the world of performing arts since she was 13 years old, Yiki Chan, producer of Cré expressed her thoughts over the spectacular production. “Our goal is not just to provide amazing entertainment, but also to share our passions and become advocates in the elevation of performing arts in Malaysia. We want to inspire, educate and encourage the young to be actively involved in the arts. Hence, we are working together again to create another spellbinding show suitable
for the whole family to enjoy on the weekend leading up to the end of the year.”

In conjunction with the year-end school holidays, ‘Cré will be staged from 30 November (Friday) – 2 Dec 2018 (Sunday) at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC), Sentul West where both daytime and evening shows will be available.
You can now get your tickets to ‘ Cré ’ online through https://proticket.com.my/klpac-cre Tickets are priced from RM118, RM158 and RM198 at different seating areas. Children and senior citizens enjoy a reduced ticket price as well as those booking in groups.Moreover, Hong Leong Bank (HLB) Debit and Credit Cardholders are entitled to a 10% discount on regular tickets prices.
